Leading the Way

Richard (Rich) Holder serves as Chief Executive Officer for Loparex.

Rich joined the organization in January 2024. Previously, he served as CEO for HZO,  President and CEO of NN Inc. and President of the Electrical Component Organization at Eaton Corporation. Rich obtained his master’s degree in business from Webster University and his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University.

Ronald (Ron) Lueptow serves as Chief Financial Officer for Loparex.

Ron joined the organization in March 2024. Most recently, Ron was CFO for Liqui-box Corporation, and he held CFO roles previously at ArrMaz Products, Winchester Electronics, and The Spring Air Company. Ron obtained his master’s degree in finance and operations from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and his bachelor’s degree from North Central College in Naperville, IL.

Arie Roest serves as Chief Operations Officer for Loparex.

Arie joined the organization in 2023. In this role, Arie leads the global operations and supply chain organization.

Arie has a background in Chemical Engineering. He joined the organization from Amcor, a leading global developer and producer of responsible, multi-industry packaging, where he led operations in China and in Australia/New Zealand over his six-year tenure. During his 20+ year career, Arie has led teams across the globe in Manufacturing and Supply Chain in Chemicals and Food & Pharmaceuticals Packaging.

Christopher (Chris) Singleton serves as Chief Information Officer for Loparex.

Chris joined Loparex in 2023. He leads the global IT and data analytics organization, driving strategic technology initiatives and overseeing all vendor-managed IT services, as well as IT governance, risk, and compliance capabilities.

Chris has 20+ years in diverse industries including the Defense, Insurance, and Energy sectors, with notable roles at BAE Systems, Arch Capital Services, and Honeywell, where he spent 5 years in the UK delivering enterprise IT initiatives for multiple entities across the EU and Asia. Chris obtained his bachelor’s from North Carolina Wesleyan University, is ITIL certified and represents Loparex on the North Carolina State University Advisory Board for the Business Analytics Initiative.

Steven (Steve) Triano serves as Global VP, Sales for Loparex.

Steven (Steve) Triano joined Loparex in January 2016. In this role, he is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of commercial plans for a diverse array of end markets in order to maximize value creation. In his brief tenure, Steve has transitioned the sales organization into a market segment focus while building organizational bench strength.  He has also laid the foundation of driving consistent growth through “best in class” sales processes and initiatives. 

Prior to joining Loparex, Steve spent 10 years at Tredegar Film Products and also held various positions within sales and marketing functions at Scott Paper Company, Alcoa and Swedish Match.

Jason VonStein serves as Global Vice President of Finance for Loparex.

Jason joined Loparex in 2022. Throughout his career, Jason has held various roles in finance at JLG Industries, Pierce Manufacturing and Trex Company. He has a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s in Accounting from Campbell University.

Anthony Woods serves as Head of Market and Technology for Loparex.

Anthony joined Loparex in October 2020. In his role, he is responsible for Product Management, Market Strategy and Pricing, as well as the Global R&D and Technical Services organization. Anthony joined Loparex from AkzoNobel, a leading Paints and Coatings manufacturer, where he spent 12 years in the Wood Finishes and Adhesives Business Unit first leading the Global R&D team and later the Global Marketing team. Anthony has a background in Chemistry with a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
