III. Processing of Customer Data

Personal Data We Process and Purpose of Data Processing

We collect, store and, if necessary, pass on personal data of contractual partners and potential contractual partners to the extent necessary to provide the contractual services. This concerns the details provided by you throughout the contractual relationship or its initiation. The data is collected, stored and passed on for the purpose of initiating or fulfilling the contract. Failure to provide this data may mean that a contract cannot be concluded.

If you are not or do not become our contractual partner, but we have come into contact with you for other reasons or if we have come into contact with you as a contact person for another company, we process your personal data in order to process your request or to communicate with the company you work for with your help. This data processing is in our legitimate interest.

How Long We Store Personal Data

Personal data will only be stored as long as it is necessary to achieve the respective purpose. This usually corresponds to the duration of the contract. This does not affect statutory storage obligations.

IV. Processing of Applicant Data

If you apply to us, we will store your details for the purposes of and during the application process. This concerns the personal data you provide in your application documents, usually name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and possibly also sensitive data.

If you apply to us via portals operated by third parties, we receive your data from the source to which you have given your consent to the transfer of data. For more information on data collection, please contact the source in question.

The provision of your personal data is necessary to carry out the application process and in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract.

During the application procedure, we also check whether we can offer you another vacant position that matches your application. Should we be interested in keeping your application documents for a later date, we will ask you for separate consent in this respect. In all other respects, we will store your application data until the conclusion of an unsuccessful application procedure, provided that this does not conflict with statutory storage obligations.

Your data will be processed exclusively by us and will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions relate to cases in which the legislator requires or provides for the transfer of data.

In certain cases, the transfer of your data to third parties is necessary to protect your or our interests or to fulfill our contractual obligations. This occurs in particular when we use external service providers. In these cases, the service provider is bound by instructions and only receives personal data to the extent and for the period of time required to provide the services in question.

Your rights as a data subject indicated above also apply to the handling of applicant data.
