Pamplona Capital Management (“Pamplona”) has signed an agreement to invest in Loparex alongside members of the company’s leadership team, who remain committed to supporting the long-term growth of Loparex’s customers. Following the transaction, Intermediate Capital Group (“ICG”) will no longer be a shareholder in Loparex.
